    • ID Card: Compulsory in the competition area.


    💰 ENTRY FEES

    • Entry Fee Per Player: ₹7,000

    • Registration Fee: ₹2,500

    • Team Size: 12 Participants = 1 Full Team

    • Coach: 1 Coach Allowed Free

    • Extra Coach/Guardian: ₹3,500 per person

    • Multiple Games: ₹1,500 additional fee if participating in more than 1 game

    • Note: Fees once paid are strictly Non-Refundable.

    • Players will be selected from this championship for upcoming International Games.

    • First-aid assistance will be provided during the championship.

    • The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss, except to the extent required by applicable law.

    1. SAFETY & EQUIPMENT

    • All players must bring their own required safety kits and sports equipment for the championship.
    • Participants are responsible for ensuring that their equipment is suitable and safe for use.


    2. PARTICIPANT & TEAM DETAILS

    • All participants and teams must provide the required details during registration.
    • Additional coaches or guardians will be charged an extra fee of ₹3,500 per person.


    3. FEES & REFUND POLICY

    • Once the registration fee has been deposited, it will be strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.


    4. IDENTIFICATION & ENTRY

    • Valid ID cards are compulsory for entry into and participation within the competition area.
    • Entries are limited and will be accepted online only.
    • On-the-spot registration will not be permitted.


    5. GOVERNING RULES

    • All competitions will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Geenius Sports Federation (GSF).


    6. INJURY & LIABILITY

    • First-aid assistance will be provided in the event of an injury during the championship.
    • The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or other incident occurring before, during, or after the championship, except to the extent required by applicable law.
